This report evaluates aspects such as the specific and expected use of the cosmetic product, its physicochemical properties, as well as its microbiological quality and qualitative and quantitative composition. The analysis of the composition takes into account the assessment of restrictions imposed on certain ingredients by Regulation (EC) No 1223\/2009. The stability reports and the efficacy of the product\u2019s preservative system are also reviewed \u2014although for the latter, low microbiological risk products (such as soaps, alcohol-based products, or water-free formulations) are exempt. If there is any record of adverse effects, the potential impact on the expected use of the product is also assessed.
