Of the commercially available devices, the Corneometer\u00ae is one of the most widely used for assessing the skin's level of hydration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-rks1h141\">Corneometry is an in vivo, non-invasive, fast, effective, and safe method for assessing the efficacy of moisturizing products, based on capacitance measurement. The Corneometer\u00ae capacitor shows changes in capacitance value according to the amount of water present in the skin, and the higher this value, the more hydrated the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-by6l9148\">Efficacy tests must be carried out in accordance with guidelines and standards for clinical trials, such as \u201cGuidelines for the evaluation of the efficacy of cosmetics products\u201d, a guideline provided by the association Cosmetics Europe - The Personal Care Association (COLIPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-p6tnc155\">Do you want to carry out this type of test on this product?
