Como comercializar um detergente na UE (ou no Reino Unido)?<\/h5>

Antes de serem colocados nos mercados da Uni\u00e3o Europeia ou do Reino Unido, os detergentes t\u00eam de cumprir v\u00e1rios actos legislativos. Os principais s\u00e3o, sem d\u00favida, o Regulamento (CE) n.\u00ba 648\/2004 relativo aos detergentes e o Regulamento (CE) n.\u00ba 1272\/2008 relativo \u00e0 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e rotulagem (CRE). Para al\u00e9m destes dois requisitos principais, e \u00e0 semelhan\u00e7a dos produtos cosm\u00e9ticos, os detergentes est\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m sujeitos ao Regulamento REACH (CE) n.\u00ba 1907\/2006.<\/p>

A conformidade com v\u00e1rios outros textos legais pode ser necess\u00e1ria para o seu detergente, dependendo da sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o prevista, composi\u00e7\u00e3o e outros par\u00e2metros. Por exemplo, os detergentes podem tamb\u00e9m ter de seguir as regras do Regulamento relativo aos produtos biocidas (UE) 528\/2012 ou do Regulamento relativo aos compostos de f\u00f3sforo (UE) 259\/2012.<\/p>

Por \u00faltimo, as marcas de detergentes respons\u00e1veis devem cumprir as boas pr\u00e1ticas da ind\u00fastria, como as directrizes da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Sab\u00f5es, Detergentes e Produtos de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o (A.I.S.E.), as normas da IFRA relacionadas com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o segura de ingredientes de fragr\u00e2ncias utilizados em detergentes.
